Vortex of Light presents a powerful, hypnotic spiral that draws the gaze immediately towards the centre. From the middle a whirlpool of colours unfolds: vivid pink, deep blue, green, yellow and purple flow seamlessly into one another. The spiral seems to move, as though the image were breathing and turning, evoking a strong sense of dynamism and depth.
The background consists of undulating, zigzagging fields of colour that reinforce the rotation and give the whole a lightly psychedelic character. The soft transitions and distorted lines recall liquid paint or light refracted through glass. There is no fixed handhold; everything seems in motion and invites the viewer to lose themselves in it.
