an abstract-geometric composition that brings together power, order and movement. The image is built up from crisp lines, rectangles, cylinders and circles that cross and overlap one another like parts of a carefully constructed mechanism. The colours yellow, red and blue dominate and contrast strongly with the neutral, greyish background plane. These primary colours give the work energy and clarity, while the background offers calm and depth.

The vertical and horizontal lines recall industrial structures: pipework, circuitry, architectural elements or an abstract cityscape. Thin grid lines and accents of light suggest precision and engineering, as though every element had been measured exactly and dropped into place. The small spherical forms look like connection points or nodes of energy, subtle moments of tension within the whole.

At the same time the painting is not static. Through the overlaps, transparent layers and reflections of light, a sense of movement and rhythm arises. The eye is led along paths of colour, up and down, left and right, as though the work were continually in development. As a whole the painting radiates a balance between control and dynamism: a visual translation of the modern world in which technology, structure and creativity come together. It invites looking, discovering and interpreting, without imposing one fixed story.
