MikoArt artworks are subject to applicable statutory return conditions. Where an artwork is produced according to the customer's individual specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.

Your statutory consumer rights in the event of damage, defects or incorrect delivery remain fully applicable.

Shipping Damage

We take the utmost care in securely packaging and shipping your artwork.

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If you notice any damage during transport, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photographs of the artwork and its packaging.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as repair or replacement, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
