Spiral of Colour

About this work

Spiral of Colour presents an explosion of movement and colour, built around a powerful spiral that draws the eye inevitably towards the centre. Vivid tones of yellow, red, green, purple and black flow into one another and form a turning vortex, as though the colours were being drawn along by a centrifuge. The repetition of oval and dot-like forms along the edges reinforces the sense of rotation and depth.
