Frank Sinatra

About this work

In this painting I present Frank Sinatra as a stylish, self-assured man, dressed in a classic dark suit with hat and bow tie. He holds a bottle of Jack Daniel's, a symbol of the nightlife and of a love for Tennessee whiskey, jazz clubs and the timeless elegance with which he was so often associated. The background combines the American and Italian flags with warm colours and fluttering butterflies, giving the image a dreamlike, almost cinematic atmosphere.
