Sweet Love VI

About this work

In this painting I present a loving pair of teenagers approaching one another carefully in an urban night-time setting. Against a rough wall, lit by warm street light, they stand facing each other. The boy offers the girl a large, bright pink candyfloss, a playful and tender gesture that stands as a symbol of young love, innocence and daring. Their bodies are relaxed, almost dancing in their posture.
