Sweet Love IV

About this work

In this painting I express a quiet, warm love shaped by time. We see an elderly man and woman, hand in hand, simple and tender against a weathered wall. Their bodies stand close together, as though closeness had become self-evident after a life shared. The man leans lightly on his walking stick, a symbol of old age and vulnerability, but also of perseverance.
